Iyawe & Associates Corporation was established in 2001 by Simon Iyawe. Simon has a strong background in engineering and has worked for Fortune 500 companies as a Mechanical Design Engineer and Project Manager. Iyawe and Associates Corporation was formed as an Engineering Consulting firm. We changed our focus to General Contracting shortly after the company’s formation.
Through many years of hard work and determination in the construction industry, Iyawe and Associates has achieved a great measure of success. What began as a concept has grown into a company with employees serving many satisfied clients in the commercial construction industry. Iyawe and Associates Corporation has grown over the years, acquiring expertise in many areas related to planning, design, management, and construction of commercial projects.
